Frequently Asked Questions

If you order an item that is in stock then it will ship within 5 to 6 business days. For example if you place your order on Saturday then it would normally ship on the following Friday. If an item is out of stock then we will notify you about the delay and give our best estimate on shipping, usually within 15 days. The reserve officer program products are the only exception as they are subject to employment verification and assembly.
