Frequently Asked Questions

If you order an item that is in stock then it will ship within 10 to 12 business days. If an item is out of stock then we will notify you about the delay and give our best estimate on shipping, usually within 15 days. The reserve officer program products are the only exception as they are subject to employment verification and assembly. See the Reserve Officer Program page for more information about the reserve officer program products.
