Q - Do the carriers include ballistic inserts?
A - No. Ballistic inserts are sold separately through our distributors. The carriers will hold your MTA issued ballistic inserts.
Q - How do I know / select my size?
A - The size of your current vest / ballistic panels is recorded with Point Blank Enterprises when you were measured and you only need to provide your Tax ID Number for ordering.
Q - What is the lead time to receive my product?
A - The manufacturing time for most MTA carriers is approximately 35 days from the date of placing the order and shipping is approximately 3 – 5 days. The manufacturing time for the Uniform Carrier is approximately 8-10 weeks from the date of placing the order and shipping is approximately 3 – 5 days.
Q - What is the shipping cost?
A - Point Blank Enterprises offers a flat rate for shipping and will take approximately 2 – 7 days to arrive once the product is ready for shipping.
Q - What if I want to return a product?
A - Point Blank Enterprises will accept returns up to 30 days and there is a 20% restocking fee.
Q - What if I want to cancel my order?
A - Point Blank Enterprises will accept cancellations up until the product is shipped. If cancelled after the vest goes into production then there is 20% restock fee. Vests go into production a few days after the order is placed.
Q - What is the warranty for my Point Blank Enterprises product?
A - Point Blank Enterprises warranty for the concealable and external carrier to be free from material and manufacturing defects for 24 months from the date of receipt. The warranty for the Speed Plate, Speed Plate Plus, and the Omega Plate is warranted to perform for a period of five years.
Q - What is the warranty for my First Tactical product?
A - There is a 30 day returns and exchange policy. You may return your merchandise within 30 days upon receipt of your product. Refunds will be applied to the original credit card used at the time of purchase.
Q - Who do I contact if I have a question on products, ordering, or returns?

Q - How do I get back to the MTA web page?
A - The MTA web page is a secret link that is for MTA officers only. It has been provided to MTA officers by supervisors and at sizing events. Enter the secret link into your web browser address bar to get back to the MTA web page.
Q - When I visit other sections of the online store there is no link to get back to the MTA web page. Why?
A - We keep the MTA web page hidden from the public because the products can only be purchased by MTA officers. If you are still at the online store after visiting the MTA web page then you can use your BACK ARROW on your web browser to return to it.
